If you are planning for food at your event there are some important things you need to know.

  1. GRCC has a complete catering department on campus that can help you design a menu that fits your budget and your event needs.  Contact Dan Zehr, GRCC Food Service Director at dzehr@grcc.edu or (616) 234-4169 to discuss your event and food service needs.
  2. All food sold or distributed on campus must be made by a licensed food service provider, or be retail food products that are individually wrapped (no home made food items).
  3. GRCC Food Service has first right of refusal for all catering on campus.  If you are planning an event on campus our food service groups will provide the food and catering service.  If you are seeking an outside vendor for your campus event you must obtain permission at least two weeks prior to your event.  Contact Sara Dorer, Student Life and Conduct Director, to request permission to use an outside vendor.
